- 2 whole lobsters (about 1.5 lbs each)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the lobsters in salted water for about 8-10 minutes until cooked. Remove and let cool.
- Once cooled, remove the lobster meat from the shells and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Add the chopped lobster meat and parsley to the sauce, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper.
