  • 2 whole lobsters (about 1.5 lbs each)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the lobsters in salted water for about 8-10 minutes until cooked. Remove and let cool.
  3. Once cooled, remove the lobster meat from the shells and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
