A rich and creamy bisque made with langostino lobster, perfect for seafood lovers.
Ingredients

- 1 lb langostino lobster meat
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually add the white wine, stirring constantly.
- Pour in the seafood stock and bring to a simmer.
- Add the langostino lobster meat and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Can be served with crusty bread for dipping.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
