Description

Hot Italian Sub Sliders are delicious, mini sandwiches filled with savory Italian meats, melted cheese, and flavorful toppings, perfect for parties or game day.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1/2 pound sliced salami
  • 1/2 pound sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 pound sliced ham
  • 1/2 pound provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Add the banana peppers and black olives on top of the cheese.
  5. Drizzle the Italian dressing over the toppings.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sandwiches.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  8. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the slider rolls.
  9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  11. Let cool slightly before serving.
