Hot Italian Sub Sliders are delicious, mini sandwiches filled with savory Italian meats, melted cheese, and flavorful toppings, perfect for parties or game day.

- 12 slider rolls
- 1/2 pound sliced salami
- 1/2 pound sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 pound sliced ham
- 1/2 pound provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese on the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Add the banana peppers and black olives on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle the Italian dressing over the toppings.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on the sandwiches.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the butter mixture over the top of the slider rolls.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
