- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, feta cheese, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the honey feta mixture over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more red pepper flakes.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
