Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool before cutting into squares.
- Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream on top.
