Instructions

- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease with butter or oil.
- Pour batter into a heart-shaped mold on the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
- Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve warm with syrup or whipped cream.
