A fun and healthy twist on traditional fries, these gummy ‘fries’ are made with fruit and served with a delicious mango dipping sauce, perfect for kids.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fruit puree (such as mango or strawberry)
- 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 ripe mango (for dipping sauce)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (for dipping sauce)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the fruit puree, gelatin powder, honey, and water over low heat.
- Stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone fry-shaped mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- For the mango dipping sauce, blend the ripe mango, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
- Once the gummy fries are set, remove them from the mold and serve with the mango dipping sauce.
Notes
- Feel free to use any fruit puree of your choice.
- Adjust the sweetness of the dipping sauce according to your preference.
- These gummy fries can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
