Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit puree (such as mango or strawberry)
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 ripe mango (for dipping sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (for dipping sauce)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the fruit puree, gelatin powder, honey, and water over low heat.
  2. Stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a silicone fry-shaped mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  4. For the mango dipping sauce, blend the ripe mango, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
  5. Once the gummy fries are set, remove them from the mold and serve with the mango dipping sauce.
