Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
