- 1 lb white fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the fish fillets with the spice mixture.
- Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- While the fish is grilling, prepare the mango salsa by combining mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Once the fish is cooked, flake it into pieces and assemble the tacos by placing fish on the tortillas and topping with mango salsa.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Feel free to substitute the fish with shrimp or chicken if desired.
- For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeño.
