- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 eggs

- 1/4 cup ketchup (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, 1/2 cup ketchup, onion, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.
- Place the meatloaf in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup ketchup to create the glaze.
- Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include chopped garlic or bell peppers in the meat mixture.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
