Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

- Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt to the mixture and whisk until smooth.

- Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for an additional 40-50 minutes, or until the filling is set.
