Instructions

- In a saucepan, combine the mango puree, water, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the dissolved gelatin to the mango mixture and stir until well combined.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Pour the mixture into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
