- 4 pork chops
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning the garlic butter over them.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Ensure the pork chops are at room temperature before cooking for even cooking.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness; pork should reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
