- 1 cup popcorn kernels
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 cup pretzels
Instructions
- Pop the popcorn kernels and place them in a large bowl.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and corn syrup over medium heat. Stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Once boiling, let it cook for 4-5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla extract.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and mix well to coat.
- Add mixed nuts and pretzels, and stir until evenly distributed.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 250°F (120°C) for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
