Instructions
- In a large container, combine buttermilk, kosher salt, brown sugar, and all spices.
- Stir until the salt and sugar are fully dissolved.
- Submerge the turkey in the brine, ensuring it is fully covered.
- Refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
- Remove the turkey from the brine and rinse under cold water.
- Pat dry and prepare for cooking as desired.
