Ingredients

- 2 cups of fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, mangoes, or blueberries)
- 1 cup of fresh vegetables (e.g., spinach, carrots, or beets)
- 1 cup of coconut water or fruit juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and chop the fruits and vegetables into small pieces.
- Blend the fruits and vegetables together with coconut water or fruit juice until smooth.
- Add honey or agave syrup if desired and blend again.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

- For a creamier texture, you can add yogurt to the mixture.
