Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, mango, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mixed fresh fruit, lime juice, and honey. Stir gently to combine and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Brush each tortilla with melted butter on both sides.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over both sides of each tortilla.
  6. Cut the tortillas into triangles and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
