- 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, mango, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the mixed fresh fruit, lime juice, and honey. Stir gently to combine and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
- Brush each tortilla with melted butter on both sides.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over both sides of each tortilla.
- Cut the tortillas into triangles and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with the fruit salsa.
Notes
- Feel free to use any combination of fruits you like.
- For a healthier option, you can use whole wheat tortillas.
- Store any leftover fruit salsa in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
