Instructions

- Spread the cream cheese mixture on two slices of bread.

- Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.

- In another shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs and cinnamon.
- Dip each sandwich in the batter, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry each sandwich until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
