- 1 large round bread loaf
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving a thick wall.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Fill the hollowed bread bowl with the spinach dip mixture.
- Place the bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with the bread pieces you removed and additional veggies or chips.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
- Can be made a day in advance; just bake before serving.
