Ingredients

  • 1 large round bread loaf
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving a thick wall.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  5. Fill the hollowed bread bowl with the spinach dip mixture.
  6. Place the bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with the bread pieces you removed and additional veggies or chips.
