Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine elderflower cordial, lime juice, and sugar. Heat gently until sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into spherical molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Once set, carefully remove the jelly spheres from the molds.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
