Ingredients

- 1 cup edamame, shelled
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the edamame, cooked quinoa, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, soy sauce, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Mash the mixture with a fork or potato masher until well combined but still slightly chunky.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Serve on a bun with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- These burgers can be frozen for later use.
- Feel free to add your favorite spices for extra flavor.
- Serve with avocado, lettuce, and tomato for a fresh taste.
