A delicious and easy recipe for cheddar corn with bacon made in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 4 cups frozen corn
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine frozen corn, cream cheese, butter, and milk.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
- Can substitute turkey bacon for a lighter option.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
