- 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2–3 green chilies, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Spring onions for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces with soy sauce and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, green chilies, garlic, and ginger to the pan.
- Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add chili sauce, vinegar, and salt; mix well.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with spring onions before serving.
