Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Using a silicone mold, coat the inside with melted chocolate, ensuring an even layer.
- Chill the mold in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes until set.
- Remove the chocolate shells from the mold carefully.
- Fill half of the shells with hot cocoa mix, mini marshmallows, and sprinkles if desired.
- Heat a plate in the microwave for a few seconds, then place an empty chocolate shell on the plate to melt the edges slightly.
- Seal the filled shell with the melted edge of another shell, pressing gently to secure.
- Decorate the outside with additional melted chocolate or sprinkles if desired.
- Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
