- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup mini marshmallows

- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained

- Red and green sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pistachio pudding mix and milk until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Add the green food coloring and mix until the desired color is achieved.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, crushed pineapple, and chopped nuts if using.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, top with red and green sprinkles for a festive touch.

- For a lighter version, use low-fat milk and light whipped topping.
