- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Brown the pork chops in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the pork chops to the slow cooker.
- Add sliced onion, minced garlic, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the pork is tender.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.
