  • Fresh thyme for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts and pear slices with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized.
