  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the Crock Pot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
