Instructions

- In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
- Form small balls of the cheesecake mixture and roll them in the graham cracker mixture to coat.

- Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each chilled cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
