Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the fish fillets in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated fish in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. While the fish is cooking, prepare the slaw by mixing cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  7. Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  8. Assemble the tacos by placing fish on tortillas and topping with slaw.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
