Description
Delicious and crispy fish tacos made in an air fryer, topped with a refreshing slaw.

- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the fish fillets in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fish in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- While the fish is cooking, prepare the slaw by mixing cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing fish on tortillas and topping with slaw.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the fish in lime juice for 30 minutes before coating.
- Feel free to add avocado or hot sauce for additional toppings.
- Store leftover fish in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
