- 1 can of whole kernel corn, drained

- 1 package of Jiffy corn muffin mix

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamed corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Add the Jiffy corn muffin mix and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
