Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, cranberry juice, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is warm.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm cream mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses or molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, garnish with fresh cranberries before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter panna cotta, adjust the sugar to taste.
