- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 orange, juiced and zested

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the orange juice, zest, honey, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the cranberry mixture over them.
- Scatter fresh cranberries on top of the chicken.
- Drizzle olive oil over the dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
