Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, cranberries, and apples.
- In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, orange juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour the mixture over the sweet potato mixture and toss to coat.
- Transfer to a baking dish and dot with butter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
