Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and fresh raspberries.
  7. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth to create the cheesecake filling.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet, making a small indentation in the center of each.
