Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy.
- Divide the whipped cream into three bowls.
- In the first bowl, fold in the melted dark chocolate.
- In the second bowl, fold in the melted white chocolate and vanilla extract.
- In the third bowl, mix in the strawberry puree.
- In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in water and then mix it into each mousse mixture.
- Layer the chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry mousse in a serving dish or individual cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

- For a firmer mousse, increase the amount of gelatin.
