Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and add the Rice Krispies cereal, mixing until well coated.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan and let it cool.
  5. Once cooled, cut into squares and insert a lollipop stick into each square.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  7. Dip each Rice Krispie treat pop into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  8. Sprinkle with optional sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  9. Let the chocolate harden before serving.
