  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon shortening

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, adding the vegetable oil and eggs.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting them into small squares.
  5. Take a small piece of brownie and flatten it in your hand, place a spoonful of cherry pie filling in the center, and wrap the brownie around the filling to form a ball.
