Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water to make caramel; cook until golden brown.
- Pour the caramel into a flan mold or bundt pan.

- In another bowl, blend the milk, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

- Bake in a water bath for about 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
