- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, milk, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider topping the meatloaf with additional parmesan cheese before baking.
