Ingredients

- 2 Chicken Laccha Parathas
- 200g grilled chicken breast
- 1 slice of cheese
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mint chutney
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread mayonnaise and mint chutney on one side of each paratha.
- Place the grilled chicken on one paratha.
- Add a slice of cheese on top of the chicken.
- Layer with sliced onions and tomatoes.
- Top with the second paratha, chutney side down.
- Press down gently and grill the burger on a skillet until the parathas are golden brown and the cheese melts.
- Cut in half and serve hot.

- Feel free to add your favorite toppings like lettuce or pickles.
- Adjust the spice level according to your preference.
- This burger can be made vegetarian by substituting chicken with grilled vegetables.
