Delicious and spicy cheesy bacon jalapeño poppers that are perfect for a keto-friendly snack.

- 10 jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese and bacon mixture.
- Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with ranch dressing or sour cream for dipping.
