Ingredients

  • 10 jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese and bacon mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
