  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix the biscuit mix, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
