  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir to create a roux.
  3. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream until smooth.
  4. Add seafood mix, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until seafood is cooked through.
