Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater.
  3. Steam the riced cauliflower for about 5 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cooled cauliflower, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust.
  6. Bake the crust for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove the crust from the oven and spread marinara sauce over it.
  8. Top with fresh mozzarella slices and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
