- 1 medium cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater.
- Steam the riced cauliflower for about 5 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a bowl, combine the cooled cauliflower, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust.
- Bake the crust for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread marinara sauce over it.
- Top with fresh mozzarella slices and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to thoroughly drain the cauliflower to avoid a soggy crust.
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings.
