Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup rice
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until caramelised on both sides.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add rice and cook according to rice package instructions.
- Once the rice is cooked, serve the chicken and broth over the rice.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
