Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the apple cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
