Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the milk until just combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Roll out to about 1-inch thickness and cut into rounds.

- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and stir to combine.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens.
