- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 12 slider buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onions until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create the special sauce.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the cooked beef mixture on the buns, followed by pickles, lettuce, and cheese.
- Spread the special sauce over the cheese layer.
- Top with the other half of the slider buns.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
