  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery, and sauté until softened.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
